1. What CN Hospital Nav is

CN Hospital Nav is an information and introduction platform. We provide general information about hospitals in China and help connect international patients with independent bilingual companions. We act only as a bridge — we do not provide medical care, and we do not provide companion services ourselves.

2. We are not a medical provider

The information on this site is for general reference only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Hospital details — departments, accreditations, pricing, services — can change; always confirm directly with the hospital before making any decision. For any medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. About companions

Companions listed or introduced through CN Hospital Nav are independent individuals. They are not our employees or agents. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee their services, qualifications, conduct, or availability. Any arrangement, communication, service, and payment between a patient and a companion is made directly between those two parties, at their own discretion and risk. We are not a party to that relationship and do not handle the delivery of, or payment for, companion or medical services.

4. Free consultation, paid companion service

Using this site for information, asking us questions, and being matched with a companion are all free. The companion's on-the-ground services are paid. The fees below are the companion's service fee only — they do not include the actual cost of transport, accommodation, or hospital treatment, which you pay directly to the relevant airline, hotel, or hospital:

• airport pickup companion service, help arranging accommodation, and companion support for your first day at the hospital are a one-time fixed service fee of US$500;
• if you need the companion to keep helping after the first day, additional days are billed per day as a service fee, at a rate agreed directly between you and the companion, usually around US$200 per day.

Transport, accommodation, hospital registration, and treatment costs are paid by you directly to the relevant provider and are not included in the companion service fee above. All service fees are settled directly between you and the companion — we do not handle payment. You will receive a clear quote before anything is arranged. How and when you pay (for example, a small deposit upfront with the balance paid once you meet in person, or another arrangement) is worked out directly between you and your companion, based on whatever you both agree to.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CN Hospital Nav and its operator are not liable for:

• the outcome, quality, or safety of any medical treatment you receive;
• the actions, omissions, conduct, or services of any hospital, doctor, or companion;
• the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on this site or from third parties;
• any loss, injury, cost, or dispute arising from decisions you make based on this site, or from your dealings with hospitals or companions.

You use this site, and any introduction made through it, at your own risk.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying information independently, making your own medical and travel decisions (ideally with professional advice), and complying with all applicable laws, including visa and entry requirements. Confirm important details — clinical, financial, and logistical — directly with the hospital or companion concerned.
